If you need the latest available firmware for your Ensto Chago charger, find it below.
Note: In case the charger is connected to any back-end, before updating please check with the back-end operator what is the latest approved firmware version that can be used with their back-end.
Note: The type 2 charging cable must be disconnected from the charger to activate the firmware update process (update may be postponed forever if the cable is connected forever - "update already in progress" - status notification).
Note:
Please keep the following in mind:
- If you are on an old Firmware please update from firmware 4.XX to 4.35 and then to 4.6X first before you update to higher versions (>5.XX) (due to 10 MB file limit!)
- Updates from version 4.6X to 5.XX will take a long time (min. 25-30 minutes)
- Do not interrupt the update process under any circumstances! If the update is not finished properly, the controller will be unusable afterward
- The firmware cannot be downgraded
