Update can be done remotely via backend if the charger is connected to the backend


With laptop on site

Web user interface 2.0:

  1. Download the firmware version
  2. Connect laptop to the charger
  3. Open System page
  4. Firmware update (Insert the firmware version from your laptop)


Legacy user interface:

  1. Download the firmware version
  2. Connect laptop to the charger
  3. Open System page
  4. Firmware update (Insert the firmware version from your laptop)
  5. Repeat the steps for both (master & slave) sides
