When working at a charging station, a number of different tools are needed. The following below is a recommendation and not a complete list, but should make it possible to complete most tasks.


Applications on PC/laptop:

    TeamViewer 13 (or newer)
    Web browser
    EnstoEVConfigurator

A USB memory stick to retrieve log files, A USB memory stick to update firmware.

Tool:

Triangular key to open the charger.

Voltmeter to check voltage etc.

USB cable (micro USB to USB A) to connect laptop/PC to charging controller.

Zip-ties to replace those that need to be replaced.

Tool for changing the CPU card:

Size 8 torx CPU card screws

Size 2 flathead screwdriver to move power supply for better access.

Tool to replace the entire controller board:

Pliers, long/thin to hold plastic rivets to remove the card.

Size 2 star puller to release spring-loaded cable retainer

Pliers for cutting zip-ties

8mm spanner to loosen antenna cable

Tool to replace the entire charger:

Wrench for cable nipples

5mm hexagonal (Allen) key to release/tighten supply cable terminal screws

Wallbox:

Size 25 torx to unscrew the charger from the back plate

EVF/EVC:

Size 17mm spanner, pipe for bolts.

Tool to change contacts:

Size 25 torx to loosen type 2 connector

Size 13mm spanner for bolts


Tools needed to replace 12 Volt power supply unit:

Size 2 screwdriver to loosen cable clamps

size 2 flat head screwdriver to loosen the 12Vdc power supply from the rail

tools for changing the RFID reader/GSM antenna:

Wallbox:

size 15 and 20 torx.

EVF/EVC:

Size 3 flat head screwdriver to detach antenna from enclosure (attached with double-sided tape)
