The charger allows new devices to pair for the first three minutes after it has been booted.
If the mobile phone is not previously paired to the charger, the charger needs to be rebooted to allow a new mobile device to be paired.
If a connection still cannot be formed, or the charger does not appear on the Devices list, try the following procedures starting from the first one.:
- Keep the phone as close as possible to the charger
- Remove the charger from paired devices
- Stop and restart the Ensto Charger app
- Turn mobile phone Bluetooth off, then back on again
- Put the mobile phone to Airplane mode for a few seconds, then back out of the Airplane mode
- If none of the previous operations work, reboot the phone
