The charger allows new devices to pair for the first three minutes after it has been booted.
If the mobile phone is not previously paired to the charger, the charger needs to be rebooted to allow a new mobile device to be paired.
If a connection still cannot be formed, or the charger does not appear on the Devices list or you are having any other issues, try the following procedures starting from the first one.:
1. Restart the charger
2. Keep the phone as close as possible to the charger
3. Unpair the charger (from the phone's Bluetooth settings)
4. Stop and restart the Ensto Charger app
5. Turn the mobile phone's Bluetooth off and then back on
6. Put the mobile phone in airplane mode for a few seconds and then back out of airplane mode
7. Reinstall the app
8. Restart the phone
9. Try with another phone
10. Restore factory settings (remember the settings, because they will be reset)
11. In addition the last option if nothing helps above, there is also a repair mode in the app:
When you see the charger serial number in the device list, you will need to push and hold that for some time so that the repair mode opens up.
Password for the repair mode is 06100
After this it will ask the product code. For example: EVH161-HCR00 (Last digits are numbers)
After this it will start the repairing of the software.
