If there is some strange behaviour in the backend communication, for example communication is erratic.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Connect to the charger with a laptop and login to the master controller's Operator page: Connect laptop to the CC1612 controller
  2. Take note of the ASN.1 port
  3. Change the ASN.1 port to something else
  4. Click Save and Reboot
  5. After the charger has rebooted, change the ASN.1 port back to the original value from step 3.
  6. Click Save and Reboot
  7. Now the message queue is empty.
