If there is some strange behaviour in the backend communication, for example communication is erratic.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Connect to the charger with a laptop and login to the master controller's Operator page: Connect laptop to controller
  2. Take note of the Portnumber (Binary OCPP) port
  3. Change the port to something else
  4. Click Save
  5. Change the port back to the original value from step 3.
  6. Click Save and Reboot
  7. Now the message queue is empty.
