- Open the charger cabinet
- Identify the type plate inside the charger
- Provide either photo of the whole type plate or the Charger Type, Date of Manufacturing and Producton number information
Identify CC1612 Charge Controller serial number
Step-by-step guide
- Open the charger cabinet
- Identify the CC1612 charge controller(s) inside the charger
- Locate the white sticker with the text CHAGO on the 230V black relay
- Provide both the serial number marked with S/N and the material number marked with Mat.No, see these marked in red below
